Confirm that an FDAbasics Certificate of Registration is authentic and see its current status. Enter the Control Number from the verification strip at the bottom of the certificate, or scan its QR code.
Format: FDB followed by two groups of four letters or numbers.

It is printed in the verification strip at the bottom of the certificate, next to the QR code.
